LuckyDiem Appoints Tom Ensch as Head of Partnerships to Scale the Engine Powering the Next Generation of Commerce Media Networks
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NEW YORK, NY — September 22, 2026 — LuckyDiem, the premier independent aggregator for the $100 billion commerce media market, today announced the appointment of Tom Ensch as Head of Partnerships. A commercial leader with a decade of direct response expertise across affiliate marketing and card-linked offers (CLO), Ensch joins LuckyDiem to drive revenue growth and partner relationships as the company scales its role as the industry's essential "universal pipeline" connecting national brands and the world's largest financial institutions.
A Decade of Direct Response Expertise Across the CLO Ecosystem
Tom Ensch brings ten years of performance marketing experience and a proven commercial track record built at some of the most consequential companies in the space:
- Card-Linked Offers Veteran: Launched his CLO career on the publisher side at Figg, selling platform capabilities to major financial institutions and Fortune 500 brands including Visa, Microsoft, and Sam's Club. Figg's acquisition by JPMorgan Chase in 2022 brought Ensch into one of the world's largest and most sophisticated financial media environments.
- Enterprise Revenue Driver: Spent four years at JPMorgan Chase on the Chase Media Solutions team, the bank's proprietary card-linked offers platform, where he built partnerships with major national brands on the merchant side, generating millions of dollars in direct revenue and stewarding tens of millions in attribution spend.
- Performance Marketing Leader: Prior to his CLO career, led affiliate marketing at Disqo, building relationships across major affiliate networks and driving significant program growth as the company expanded from 12 employees to over 400.
- Full-Funnel Direct Response Expert: Possesses a rare dual fluency in direct response, combining the performance marketing rigor of affiliate channels with hands-on commercial experience across both the publisher and merchant sides of the CLO ecosystem.
"I've spent my career operating on all sides of the card-linked offer ecosystem, so I understand firsthand what drives real performance for national brands and financial institutions," said Tom Ensch, Head of Partnerships at LuckyDiem. "LuckyDiem's model as the universal pipeline connecting both sides is the exact architecture this market needs. I'm looking forward to expanding our merchant and publisher partnerships to generate massive value across the ecosystem."
The Powerhouse for Financial Media Networks
LuckyDiem is positioned at the center of a massive market transformation. As US commerce media spend is projected to exceed $100B by 2027, Financial Media Networks are emerging as the enhanced evolution of Retail Media. By utilizing first-party transaction data, LuckyDiem delivers 3–13x net iROAS and up to 130% incremental revenue lift for brands.
- For Financial Institutions: LuckyDiem reduces the need for financial organizations to build and operate costly internal sales teams, acting as a high-efficiency content engine.
- For Merchants: LuckyDiem provides a single integration to reach over 500M cardholders across multiple financial media networks simultaneously.
"Tom has operated at every critical intersection of the card-linked offer industry, driving revenue for major publishers, financial institutions, and enterprise merchants alike," said Doug Rappoport, President of LuckyDiem. "His deep commercial experience on the Chase Media Solutions team and his fluency in performance marketing make him the ideal leader to expand our partner ecosystem. Tom already knows how to create winning outcomes for both sides of the table, and that trust is central to how LuckyDiem grows."
